We are delighted to announce that the Furnishing Inudstry Trust has now merged with the Furniture Makers' Company to form one, united organisation, The Furniture Makers.
The Furniture Makers, the City of London livery company, is the British furnishing industry's central organisation, charity and patron, which fosters and supports the craft and the industry, the education of students, and the industry's needy.
The Furniture Makers is the only charity supporting the furnishing industry. We provide help and support to those who have worked, or are working, in the industry when they need it most.
We provide both one off grants and weekly grants for individuals, couples and their families suffering financial hardship. The money we give helps to transform lives for people and their families in the Furnishing Industry.
